Delivery area

We currently ship only within the US.

Processing

Orders begin processing after payment confirmation. Keep your order number handy if you use the contact form about shipping, cancellation, or a refund.

Returns

Unused, unopened products may be return-eligible within 30 days of delivery. Seeds, mats, or growing products that have been soaked, planted, opened, or used are not eligible for return.

Damaged orders

Use the contact form with the order number and clear photos of the package and item. Replacement or refund decisions depend on the specific issue and product condition.
